The customers are crazy, and the employees are happy to be slaves.
Cons
Some colleagues say that everyone is great and respects one another, but behind the scenes they engage in all sorts of petty maneuvers and bullying.
They also hypocritically claim that it’s for your own good—disgusting.
Regular overtime has become part of the company culture.
