1. Most of the company’s managers are relatives or close associates of the boss. In reality, they do not understand the industry, and there is a huge gap between their abilities and actual competence, leaving those who want to work seriously with no opportunity to contribute.
2. The boss’s policies are inconsistent, and they mostly want to get things done without spending money. People with connections are used and then discarded once they are no longer needed.
3. The company and other related businesses all sit together, but they do not really know what one another is doing.
4. There is a lot of information in the work group that is discussed but never decided, which is very frustrating. Who is it actually intended for?
