Pros
The hours are very flexible.
The atmosphere among colleagues also feels very relaxed. It’s a lot like the way people interacted during school.
Cons
Fewer people take a lunch break at noon.
Sometimes everyone gets very engaged in discussions. Listening to music can be a little distracting.
Maybe because the company isn’t very large, each person has to take on several different roles.
There are many projects, so it’s very busy.
