Pros
During the interview, they kept saying you were great! They even wrote afterward to say they had a good impression, then made me wait a week before sending the job offer.
Cons
They didn't notify me at all after the deadline passed!! I even had to call them, and in the end they said I wasn't hired. A complete waste of time! As if other people have nothing better to do than just wait around for them.
