Cons

綠達人 and 樹花園 are owned by the same person. Job postings for 樹花園 on 104 may actually direct applicants to work for 綠達人.

The daily work location varies depending on the project site. You need to provide your own transportation or use a company vehicle, but the company does not appear to offer a transportation allowance. Although there are normally two days off per week, days off often need to be rescheduled because of project demands.

I applied for a gardening position, but the actual work was in the construction industry. The company handles green roofs, so the job involves working at heights, carrying heavy objects, and high-intensity physical labor. These duties were not clearly explained during the interview. I was told it was a piecework position, but in practice, construction-related tasks were also pushed onto us. On the surface, the company seemed very willing to develop employees and provide promotion opportunities, but after working there for a few days, I found myself doing miscellaneous tasks. They treated engineering staff as general laborers, even though they were newcomers to construction sites, and I had no intention of working on construction sites. The company only wanted to quickly send employees to safety courses, obtain certifications, and then dispatch them to construction sites as cheap labor. During the interview, I sensed that the company’s turnover rate seemed quite high, but I could not understand why until I realized it was a construction company. It felt like I had been tricked into joining, which was a very unpleasant experience.
