The company looks dirty at first glance
The interviewer changed the interview at the last minute despite having made an appointment, and someone else conducted it instead
They asked all sorts of questions and talked as if it were very impressive, but it was just a standard webpage with a backend integration connected to a payment gateway

The boss doesn't understand programming, so getting hired is easy
The boss is very eloquent
The salary is below average
Reluctant to invest in hardware equipment
No clear project processes
The boss is on the sales side, so upward communication from the project and engineering sides is actually quite ineffective
Because the boss doesn't understand programming, they are unclear about product management, pricing, and timelines, so there is sometimes a risk of decisions being made for you
Not a good place for those who want to hone their skills; there is no supervisor to mentor you
...There don't seem to be any advantages. I guess the coworkers are fairly easy to get along with, and getting hired isn't too difficult.
1. The pay is very low. The boss loves to cost-cut, driving projects into the ground, and only starts blaming everyone and everything after the clients are already unhappy. Sometimes the boss even goes back on promises to treat everyone; although it's a small amount of money, if they act this way over small sums, how can anyone trust this boss's promises?
2. Everyone's productivity is expected to be at 100%. They say there is no overtime, but in the end everyone works until seven or eight at night. They also really want employees to take work home.
3. On holidays, you'll still receive the boss's inspirational messages in the LINE group... = =
4. You may be fired without warning. Although most people are driven to quit first, there is of course no severance pay or anything like that...... Several part-time workers were called in and then abandoned halfway through their shifts. Even after you pass the interview, they may tell you a few days beforehand not to come in, wasting everyone's time.
5. The boss never thinks they have done anything wrong. Even after receiving negative reviews on platforms such as Tianyancha and PTT, they never consider that they need to improve.
6. There are no opportunities for raises. You don't get a raise after the three-month probationary period (which is illegal), and you still don't get one after working for a year. In any case, they will do everything possible to cost-cut.
7. The boss is extremely obsessed with Chinese companies. (Not sure whether that counts as good or bad.)
Anyway, don't go there. It's a huge waste of your life......
The interview process was pleasant and not overly difficult.
At the time, because there was no offer, the PM only verbally agreed that I could start work directly on a certain date. However, two days before I was due to start, they unexpectedly sent an email saying that the offer was canceled.
The work is very flexible and free-form; everything is left to the people below to handle (because the boss doesn’t know how to make products).
The boss has extensive connections, and the funding and projects are “currently” acceptable (although they also love making grand promises and talking up the business).
The advantages sound like disadvantages when written out... = =
The arbitrary salary deductions are outrageously excessive. Poor planning of the company’s operations is not a valid reason to take it out of employees’ pay.
