Read the community guidelinesThe salary is fairly good.
The company's business strategy changes from day to day, with no senior management meeting to integrate and unify decisions. The CEO and the owner have conflicting opinions, resulting in chaotic management.
Layoffs are carried out entirely according to the moods of senior executives or managers. Upper management recruits employees without budgeting for the necessary headcount in advance, and then lays off the employees they do not like.
The CEO often likes to threaten employees with termination or replacement. They promised a salary increase after successfully completing the probationary period, but it never happened. In short, the interview says one thing, while the reality is completely different.
People with ambition really should not come here and waste their time.

During the interview process, the other party did not seem professional
Seriously suspect that it is a direct sales company or something similar
The company location is convenient. During the interview, we had a detailed discussion and carefully compared each job responsibility to see whether it matched expectations.
The interview was very long, lasting at least two hours. It made the position seem highly challenging and created expectations for future development. However, the actual work differed greatly from what was discussed in the interview. The company was unclear about the role and its own positioning. The tasks that matched best were probably maintaining the cleanliness of the environment and making coffee.
Convenient location
This company has an unclear definition of the role, as well as an unclear direction for the company’s own development. Its company strategy, product planning, and more may even change at any time within just one or two weeks. It attracts talent with high salaries and uses being a startup as an excuse for everything unreasonable. Anyone who understands startups would absolutely be unable to accept this. People from traditional industries might be able to adapt, but if you want to develop your career, you should think carefully. There is a huge gap between the detailed and sincere explanations given during the interview and the actual working conditions. The company is very bold when offering salaries, but what matters is whether you can actually receive them.
