There is only something resembling a work atmosphere when the boss and designer are away.

Working there, you also have to put up with the company’s designer being bad-tempered. You can be yelled at even when you clearly haven’t done anything, and even when you follow your own work procedures, you are still suspected of not having done the work. The designer watches the surveillance cameras all day long and eavesdrops on employees’ private conversations. When I was hired, they said the position was under a responsibility-based system, but they themselves scheduled meetings with clients on holidays without paying overtime! You also have to handle work matters during your time off, again without any overtime pay. They do not comply with anything required by the Labor Standards Act, and even replied, “We do not follow the Labor Standards Act!” They would not respond until I went through the mediation process...?

I sincerely recommend that everyone not work there. It is awful.
