Read the community guidelinesThe job responsibilities are explained very clearly.
The advertised position is marketing + planning + graphic design ← a three-in-one role.
The job responsibilities are given the nice-sounding name “integrated operations,” but frankly, you have to do everything.
Writing copy, drawing graphics, handling logistics, managing inventory, curating exhibitions, organizing events, e-commerce, social media, distribution channels, and so on... everything you can and can’t think of is included, yet the starting salary is 26K.
You have to coordinate with the company’s exhibitions and travel for work on holidays (compensatory leave is available).
I vaguely felt that the interviewer had an authoritarian-manager vibe (that was just my impression that day; the interview itself was actually fine). It was kind of scary.....
When I was leaving, an employee told me that this position had been open for six months without finding anyone, and the previous person quit after less than a month.
