Some senior employees are very unfriendly toward newcomers
The employer has underreported both the 6% labor pension contribution and labor insurance contributions that it is required to make
(The contribution should be based on the salary you receive, but the company instead applies the lowest salary bracket of NT$23,100, allowing the company to pay less while causing you significant losses)

There is no annual leave before completing 1 year. After completing 1 year, you get only 3 days; each additional year of seniority adds 1 day. It does not follow the Labor Standards Act, which provides 3 days after 6 months, 7 days after 1 year, 10 days after 2 years, and so on.
Overtime on national holidays is paid at only 1.5 times the regular rate, rather than the double pay required by the Labor Standards Act.
Taking sick leave results in a deduction of the entire day's pay, even when a doctor's certificate is provided.
If you work overtime and also take leave in the same month, the leave hours are deducted from your overtime hours first.
