The job bank listing said there would be year-end bonuses and bonuses for the three major holidays, but in reality there were none at all. The salary is low, there are no benefits, and you even have to pay $200 a month for a welfare fund, which is really disheartening. You need to do unrelated work for other departments, delaying your own work progress. You have to be careful with everything you do, because you may inexplicably offend people—as if you were acting in *Empresses in the Palace*. There are many other issues that cannot all be listed here; you won't learn anything by joining either.
