Pros
Good interpersonal relationships. Aside from the Japanese employees and leadership, most of the other engineers are newcomers, so no experience is required, making it suitable for entry-level learning. However, it is not recommended if you have already spent many years in the industry. Sometimes, when there is nothing to do, people leave early.
