Read the community guidelinesSome colleagues were very nice, but almost all of them have left.
1. The boss determines pay based on personal preferences, and company managers collude to receive additional benefits under various pretexts.
2. The incentive system established by the boss is just empty promises; in reality, no one has ever received anything. The system described during the interview sounded wonderful, but it is all just hot air. In practice, there are no concrete channels or methods for promotion or raises.
3. If employees need marriage leave or maternity leave, the company will basically agree to their requests, then later deduct the pay from year-end bonuses and perfect-attendance bonuses under various pretexts.
4. The SOP operations of the company’s various departments are extremely chaotic. Even when following the methods taught by supervisors, employees are still questioned and overruled by them. Supervisors shift the blame for matters they mishandle onto subordinates. Supervisors also put their own personal interests first: they do not allow subordinates to take leave, while arranging several consecutive days off for themselves.
Conclusion:
If you’re unscrupulous enough, come here—the boss specifically chooses fruits and vegetables that are about to go bad or have already gone bad for purchase (because they are cheap).
If you’re heartless enough, come here—the boss misappropriates company funds to repay debts, claims reimbursement for personal expenses, and even asks people to falsify the accounts (then blames employees for failing to achieve their sales targets).
If you’re pretty enough, come here—as long as you’re beautiful and sweet, the boss will hire you even if you can’t do anything. Your salary will also be much higher than that of employees in other positions.
