Pros
The colleagues are all very nice, and the work atmosphere is excellent; the boss is often not at the company.
Cons
The boss is a typical entitled employer, has a very poor tone toward employees, has extremely poor execution, and has no business sense whatsoever. The work benefits are very poor; salaries are paid on the 15th and may even be delayed.
