Here are some situations to consider:
1. Identity documents: The company required the original ID card to process procedures, but it was later discovered that the relevant safeguards had not been implemented, raising concerns about personal data security.
2. Work atmosphere: The internal environment was relatively stressful, and some colleagues made more negative comments about work abilities, affecting the team’s collaborative atmosphere.
3. Resignation process: Upon resignation, the company required additional documents, and some administrative procedures did not match the actual circumstances, making the resignation process more cumbersome.
4. Salary-related issues: When inquiring about salary payments and the handling of related documents, I encountered relatively harsh verbal abuse, and the subsequent handling also caused considerable pressure.
5. No year-end bonus or bonuses for the three major festivals
6. The boss has poor emotional control

A normal, legitimate company with a good employee atmosphere and acceptable printing quality.

It’s busy; the boss says they are not afraid of having no business and will choose their customers.
None
The base salary is the probationary salary. It increases by NT$1,000 after three months and by another NT$1,000 after one year. Bonuses are unpredictable, and there is no year-end bonus. The interviewer even joked about the high employee turnover. I genuinely do not recommend it.
