The company is fairly nice.

The boss does not really have a clear direction for the company's future and only wants to exploit the employees.
There are major problems with the work assignments, with no clear division of responsibilities. Designers are expected to handle brand visuals, social media management, marketing planning, photography, video editing, and customer service inquiries, as well as possess some industrial design knowledge or skills (software).
However, the salary offered by the boss is relatively low, around 30,000.
