That's it, haha
The boss likes to wear leather shoes and stomp behind you. Sometimes it creates the illusion that someone behind you is doing a tap dance. He keeps watching you work and constantly rushing your progress, which instead distracts you and makes it impossible to come up with good ideas. For people doing design work, a quiet space is basically essential, but the short-tempered boss cannot provide that kind of environment—he is the embodiment of noise and disruption.
He is two-faced in the way he speaks and acts. I wanted to learn not only work-related skills but also how to conduct myself and interact with others, but his lack of class certainly broadened my horizons. I never knew there really were people in this world who smile at you one second and then viciously berate you behind your back the next. The way he acts is truly nauseating.
Basically, he treats employees like dogs as well. He verbally humiliates you, constantly puts you down, and insults you. By about the third day, he expects you to be completely up to speed with the company, and after one month, he expects you to have a year's worth of ability. The pay really isn't high == There's no need to go there and damage your physical and mental well-being. I did work today, so you pay me my wages; I see this as a two-way arrangement. I'm not a slave or servant!
NO
1. Excessively controlling
2. Constantly rushing you; if the company also confirms that there is a problem with your design, you must pay half of the compensation
3. Verbal attacks, e.g.: “idiot,” “moron,” “brain-dead,” “What’s in your head?” as well as yelling and screaming
4. You have to give up half an hour to clean the space (unpaid)
It’s terrible. Don’t go there—you’ll want to die
None
Before you even start, they’ll constantly call you on LINE to make you do things. After joining, I realized something was wrong and left immediately. I was even denied pay for holidays, and they didn’t enroll me in labor and health insurance, claiming it was because I was in the probationary period. What an outrageous company—the boss has money but is stingy about everything. It looks glamorous on the outside while exploiting workers like this.
The boss is a very thoughtful person, willing to talk with you and teach you. They don’t have the aloof, condescending attitude of a big boss!
Working in an open-plan space, so it seems there are no offices.
