There is no overtime pay or compensatory time off for overtime. Performance bonuses are not based on performance: no matter how much you do or how much others slack off, everyone is multiplied by the same factor. The base salary is lower than other people's, and those who do not work always receive higher bonuses than you. At this company, it is best to know one of the shareholders; otherwise, your compensation will always be a tier below everyone else's. The boss is very emotional and takes their anger out on others.
