Read the community guidelinesThe boss has money and gives money when in a good mood.
The boss has a bad temper. When she’s in a bad mood, she thinks everything is your fault.
All she does is criticize young people for having low stress tolerance and poor learning abilities.
She talks about how hard and tirelessly she worked back in her day.
No one wants to deny her efforts or expertise,
but what era are we living in now?
She still uses that Spartan-style education and outdated mindset to manage people.
I can say it’s no surprise that new hires don’t stay.
When you call one young person a “strawberry generation” member, that might really be their problem. But when you see your colleagues leaving one after another… and the company is always understaffed and unable to fill the vacancies,
you’ll know where the problem lies……
At first, I thought it was a case of “paying peanuts and getting monkeys,”
so the problem was that the salary was too low.
But now it looks like the people responsible for managing others are the biggest problem.
A company’s quality really has a lot to do with its training and development.
No matter how high the salary is, managing people based on your emotions is useless……
She also frequently misunderstands employees. When something clearly isn’t as it appears, do you really sentence someone to death without even being willing to listen?
I think the employees have really had a hard time.
Many people have also complained to me a lot about it.
I really advise new hires who want to make big money not to go there.
If you do, the boss will only use money to humiliate you.
She’ll tell you that it’s not that she can’t afford to pay you—it’s whether you have what it takes to make her pay you.
If you want to build stress tolerance, don’t go there either. You’ll end up questioning your self-worth and having your values collapse…… What you’ll be training is patience, not stress tolerance,
along with a wounded sense of dignity from being humiliated.
Because none of the boss’s various punishments make any sense at all.
All I can say is, fortunately, we’ve all been freed and moved on. What a relief.
