The company is so short-staffed that getting hired is very easy.

I heard from a friend that the terrible company I used to work for is hiring again. I checked Tianyancha and found that, surprisingly, no one who had suffered there had come forward to say anything, so I decided to share my past experience. Besides its headquarters, this company also has sales offices located in other cities. Since I wasn’t at headquarters, I didn’t have to directly face the sharp-tongued managers as often, so things were slightly better. However, this also led to the sales offices easily having employees who slacked off. Sales staff often left early, claiming they were going to visit clients, even though those clients hadn’t placed any orders recently at all… Although the manager held the title of supervisor, they were very poor at communication, coordination, and management. The warehouse supervisor was both stupid and lazy, and often caused losses for the sales office through their own mistakes. However, headquarters knew nothing about these things, because there was no way they would find out. The company’s environment was truly awful, and it even used groundwater. Although the premises were rented, the managers at headquarters only cared about making themselves comfortable and didn’t care that other employees had to suffer. I left a long time ago, but thinking about how I accidentally wandered into that den of evil still makes me shudder… Oh, right—the chairman is an old man with emotional problems. When he was in a good mood, he would praise you based only on superficial work. When he was in a bad mood, he would immediately purge the company group, kicking people out one by one. Then, after possibly taking some medication and regaining emotional stability, he would have someone add everyone back. He treated employees like tools for venting his emotions and showed very little respect for people. The company was extremely stingy, with pitifully few benefits. Almost none of the promises made during the interview were fulfilled. Therefore, I urge anyone who has not yet stepped into this trap to think twice.
