Please show some respect, okay? I thought you were a café near my home, so I decided to check it out.

There may be some, but I didn’t feel them.

The entire environment, inside and out, gives off a careless and disorganized impression. The male interviewer acted overly familiar during the very first interview, and both his manner of speaking and his way of responding came across as anything but approachable—just rude. Even after I had clearly declined, he still sent messages saying things like, “I’d like to be friends with you,” which made me feel extremely disgusted and uncomfortable. Female applicants, please be extremely careful.

The environment is comfortable, and everyone gets along well.

The owner’s mood is unpredictable, and the working conditions violate the Labor Standards Act. There is no annual leave or overtime pay, and part-time employees are not covered by labor or health insurance. She often contradicts herself, and even when requesting leave, you still have to gauge her mood. In addition, the basement emergency exit is inadequate, which is very dangerous.

Some colleagues are nice.

The boss's wife has significant emotional regulation issues. Various policies do not comply with the Labor Standards Act, including no double pay for national holidays, overtime work, and failure to provide statutory labor and health insurance for part-time workers.
