The salary listed on the job platform seems a bit more enticing.

The website content seems fairly comprehensive, but I only found out later that it was all squeezed out of the employees.

They’re only happy when they’ve squeezed every last drop out of their employees. Until you’re completely drained, you’re a bad employee.

After you’re drained, you pass with 59 points. The remaining 1 point is because you didn’t flatter the boss.

You didn’t say that you absolutely love working overtime. If you really love working overtime and pushing yourself to the breaking point,

you’re more than welcome here.

The boss insists on having things his way.

He was extremely self-important during the interview and kept dragging out the schedule.

His time is time, but other people’s time apparently isn’t.

All interviewees, think about whether you’d be happy working in a place like this ^^ It’s absolutely hilarious.

Overall, this guy is really lousy.

Easygoing relationships with colleagues

The boss always insists on having things their own way and is unable to listen to others’ opinions.

To work at this company, you need to be prepared to do the work of several people.

All colleagues except the boss are great!

1. Before you start work, they ask you to come in for one day of unpaid training, then notify you of your start date afterward. Even the salary details are communicated by email, with no in-person discussion of the details and no protection whatsoever.

2. After starting work, the job duties do not match the position you applied for. They transfer employees arbitrarily without renegotiating the salary and job details with them.

3. Every employee has to take on multiple roles; they treat one person as several employees. A typical exploitative Taiwanese boss.

4. The boss thinks they are always right and that everyone else is the problem, without realizing that they are the only problem in the entire company.

5. When I tried to negotiate a reasonable salary adjustment, they arbitrarily and improperly dismissed me on the grounds that the position was no longer needed. I have filed a complaint with the labor bureau.

6. The company does not have attendance records, such as a time clock, which does not comply with the Labor Standards Act.

7. When paying salaries, the company does not provide employees with pay slips, salary certificates, or other required documents. I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities.

8. The boss forgets the things they set themselves, changes policies constantly, and then blames others for it.

1. The boss is very unreasonable. After viewing my résumé on a job website, he directly asked me to go to his company for an interview, then dismissed me in less than five minutes (the job posting did not require applicants to bring a personal résumé, yet when I arrived, he even put on a sour face and asked, “You didn’t bring a résumé?” while acting completely clueless).

2. When I arrived, he said he was looking for someone who could wrap gifts, and deliberately emphasized that men definitely could not be detail-oriented (my previous job involved gift wrapping, yet he kept expressing doubts about me. If he already had preconceived gender-based notions, why waste my time by asking me to travel all the way there for an interview?)

3. He said he would reply with the result, but several months passed with no response whatsoever.

4. Moreover, it was only a part-time job.
