Travel agency, sports website, same person in charge—a crazy woman!
Frequently goes ballistic at employees! Emotionally out of control, with a strong desire to control others 24 hours a day.
Just to make herself happy.
She has said: “It feels so good to insult people! Arguing is also a form of communication.”
Every time after insulting you, she then tries to soothe you.
She has never respected her employees.
She works by issuing boss-like commands. She forces people to accommodate her self-centered ideas even in areas outside her expertise—there is no respect.
After applicants join, she changes her story and says the job duties are different!
Every mistake, big or small, is always the employees’ fault.
There have been cases where year-end bonuses were not paid until after the New Year!
The three holiday bonuses are poor.
This is the first time I’ve heard that employees are expected to bring their own computers to work!
