The company covers transportation and accommodation costs for assignments in Changhua two days a week
You could be considered a one-person IT department.
Because the previous person was too dedicated, frequent overtime led to family conflict and ultimately their resignation.
Since no suitable candidates could be found in Changhua, the company is recruiting from Taipei.
The ERP system has just gone live but is not yet operating independently (it is still running in parallel with the old system),
so the IT position will be responsible for the entire new system:
maintenance and operations, modifications, implementation, understanding the issues currently faced by each department, and more.
There is also server maintenance...
BUT!! You will be the only IT staff member responsible for all of this.
Those who welcome challenges and have excellent capabilities are welcome to give it a try.
