The supervisor does not plan the work content and only gives verbal instructions. They want to do everything and say anything is possible, but if the boss thinks it is not acceptable, everything is scrapped and started over. New colleagues are given no opportunity or time to plan; the boss simply decides they are unsuitable and tells them to leave that same day, using whatever arbitrary reason. As a result, employee turnover is very high—sometimes people leave in less than a week.
