1. Can only dye hair black or brown
2. Seemingly insufficient comprehension when it comes to interview times
Them: May I ask if you can interview at 3 p.m. on Thursday?
Me: May I ask if there is an earlier time available?
Them: Huh? You’re only available at noon?
Me: ...No, I mean, is it possible to have an earlier time?
Them: How about Tuesday or Wednesday?
((I already said I meant an earlier time!!
Me: No, I’m talking about the time. Thursday works for me.
Them: But the earliest we have is 1 p.m.
Me: Then that time works.
((Here I meant 1 p.m.
Them: Then we’ll schedule you for Thursday.
In the end, I received the interview invitation, and it was still for 3 p.m. on Thursday.
= = Their comprehension really is something.

The company I’m writing about is ROBINWAY, the one endorsed by ELLA Chen Chia-hua.
At first, your company sent me a letter asking when I would be available for an interview. Since my afternoons from Monday to Friday were already fully booked with interviews, I only had Tuesday and Wednesday mornings available, so I replied accordingly.
But I don’t know what this guy’s problem was—he insisted on scheduling me for Tuesday afternoon.

I told him that I already had something scheduled in the afternoon and really couldn’t make it. And then this company acted as if it were so important and threw a tantrum, saying, “Thank you, we’ll contact you again.”

This kind of attitude and communication alone tells me not to work for this company.
Either they have trouble reading and didn’t clearly review the applicant’s information, which suggests the company may be careless in how it handles things. Or they simply ignored the applicant’s availability: regardless of what time you can come, if I tell you 2 p.m., then it’s 2 p.m. That shows no respect for applicants.
With a company like this, I wonder whether there would be many unreasonable demands after joining. They won’t even interview someone over this. I was wondering what kind of huge company could have such a bad temper.
Then I took a closer look and realized it was only a job paying NT$30,000–32,000.
If I had read everything carefully earlier, I wouldn’t have interviewed with this company in the first place...
