The environment is clean.
The senior staff can be very impatient when speaking. When newcomers don’t understand and ask questions, they just reply, “That’s how it is.”
At lunchtime, some people sleep and don’t answer their phones. If I were more selfish, I could do the same.
The accounting staff are very busy, working overtime from the end of the month into the beginning of the next. The pay is low, and the turnover is extremely high—no one would want to stay.
