Read the community guidelinesThis was my first video interview. I introduced myself and shared my past work experience, and the interviewer seemed very friendly.
Other than that, we only touched on things briefly.
Job responsibilities: E-commerce product listing and delisting, shipping, etc.; business support at exhibitions
Expected salary: Monthly salary of NT$35,000–45,000 listed on 104
The office environment was like a warehouse, so it felt more like I was applying for a warehouse management position.
When I asked about overtime and exhibition-related matters, the answers were vague. Basically, they said, “If you have the ability, you won’t need to work overtime.”
Exhibition support is inevitably required, especially since the events are held on both weekend days. Please evaluate this carefully.
The logic test can be found online through a search. The interviewer did not comment much on my test at the time (I later checked and got everything correct).
Please think carefully about the attitude-related issues, and don’t be misled by the interview.
I did not join the company afterward; please refer to the comments from previous applicants.

What the review said is true. There is no proper training; they just tell you to read everything on the official website and then take a test.
I applied for a sales assistant position. I answered the test questions using information from the official website, but was told that I wasn't serious enough. They also asked me to write a marketing proposal.
Work is very boring, and colleagues don't interact with one another. Overtime is also implicitly expected, and there really is no overtime pay.
The male and female managers are married. The man is really arrogant and will tell you that you're completely useless.
Originally, I was supposed to work for a full week, but then they said in a disdainful tone, "Just work until today. You really can't do it."
The snacks listed on 104 are also offerings for worship, and they are very difficult to replenish. The office environment is terrible.
P.S. I have now been working at a foreign company for a full year, earning NT$40,000 per month.

At first, the video interview and conversation with HR went fairly pleasantly. Later, they asked whether I could start work earlier. After receiving a message from 104 welcoming me to join, I foolishly turned down my other offers. Seven days later, I received another message from 104 requesting a second interview. The male manager was very arrogant; after I got one question wrong on the intelligence test, he said that I must have guessed all the others and directly commented that the applicant's logic was poor. Throughout the interview, he kept criticizing former employees. It was only after another seven days that I officially received the offer, so the process took more than half a month. In addition, the salary included NT$2,000 for perfect attendance.
The interview was very enjoyable.
Because it was a video interview, I couldn't know what the workplace was like.
So I could write down what they said while asking for clarification, and I didn't waste any time.
They were very vague. When I asked whether there would be overtime, they said only when there were events or exhibitions, and that there was not much overtime normally.
The salary also seemed to have been negotiated well.
However, the email they sent later indicated that the salary included perfect-attendance pay, not the full salary!! And the amount was quite substantial.
None; they made it sound very good during the interview.
They label people right from the start. The company says the hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but doesn’t tell you that, under the responsibility system, you may have to work until midnight. The benefits are all different from what was initially stated. When you say you want to resign and discuss your salary, the boss will even make sarcastic remarks about you. Luckily, I escaped. The female supervisor had one attitude before I joined and a completely different attitude afterward... The salary may look okay at first glance, but consider how late you’ll have to work overtime.....
There is no clock-in or clock-out system!
None
At the beginning, they didn’t say it was a responsibility-based system, and they even said I would be able to leave work on time. This company doesn’t even require clocking in or out.
So there was no evidence when I worked overtime, but the main point is that there was no overtime pay at all. They also loved giving you work right before the end of the workday and saying it had to be finished that day ==
I wanted to quit on my first day, but in the end I held on until near the end of the month. I thought I would politely give advance notice that I would only work until the end of that month.
I didn’t expect the female supervisor to turn on me so quickly. She immediately replied that I didn’t need to come in the following week. So I only received a little over 7,000 for that month. LOL
This was the worst job I’ve ever had in terms of how it made me feel.

There is no overtime pay, and they delay things by 1 hour
Everything is always put off until after working hours

It feels like everyone there is a part-time worker.... (Can't they afford to hire full-time employees?) And I've also heard that the turnover rate is quite high.
