The boss doesn’t understand anything himself, and is too afraid of the trouble to learn on his own, so it’s up to you how you make the most of it.
Cons
The company mainly handles school contracts and does surveillance work on the side. Day laborers are not covered by labor or health insurance, and when things turn sour, you might not even get the several thousand dollars in wages you’re owed. The boss will even say: “Go ahead and sue me.”
