The environment looks clean and has a team atmosphere

Job openings are always posted.
It feels like the company must have interviewed quite a few people and conducted a lot of written tests.
But the job postings never seem to be closed.
Graphic designers are also expected to handle sales and other tasks.
A theme is covered each week.
I don't know whether they simply can't find anyone,
or whether they don't actually need anyone.
