I was invited to take on a graphic design position. During the interview, they did not review my portfolio, and I received an offer immediately on the day of the interview, which shows that this position is a shitty job. The drawbacks are briefly described below:
1. No labor or health insurance.
2. This company wants someone who can hit the ground running and will not give you time to adapt or find your feet.
3. As stated in point 2, if you are not ready to hit the ground running, the company will fire you without a second thought and will not give you an opportunity to improve.
4. The female teachers really like whispering to each other.
5. The working environment is poor. My workplace was a one-on-one classroom in a cram school; the desks and chairs were rudimentary, which was very detrimental to the spine over long periods of time.
**Although this happened last year, I have already reported this company. If anyone receives an interview invitation, please do not accept it.**
