The interview stated that the full salary would be 26,000.
Although the full salary was said to be 26,000, it was calculated as 24,000, with the perfect-attendance bonus excluded and not counted as part of the hourly wage, so the full salary is actually 24,000.
Some colleagues are a bit self-important and not very easy to get along with. I heard that there are differences in how the day and night shifts operate, which caused me considerable trouble and easily led to misunderstandings among colleagues.
Willing to pay overtime
There are two different sets of policies within the same company, and they differ greatly from what was said in the interview. They say you can decide your own break times, but in reality there is basically no break time at all. My access card still could not open the doors after three weeks—how are we supposed to take breaks?
They say they will not exploit workers or take up their personal time, but sometimes work runs past the end of the shift, and there is no overtime pay available to claim for those hours.
Regarding relationships with coworkers, I felt that people there were superficially nice to you, but in reality they were arrogant and self-important. They only allowed themselves to make mistakes and did not tolerate any deviation from new employees. As the saying goes there: “If you’re inexperienced, you deserve to suffer.”
As for salary, although it is considered full pay—for example, NT$25,000—taking personal leave generally results in another NT$1,000–2,000 being deducted because the perfect-attendance bonus is NT$2,000. The salary can be described as very low. For meals, simply eating at the company incurs an additional NT$10 charge per meal.
In summary: Be prepared to work yourself to the bone, and you must rotate through night shifts. If you’re inexperienced, you deserve to suffer.
The policies are inconsistent, and there may be discrepancies between the interview and the actual job.

They cut the salary by NT$4,000 during the interview, which was completely different from what was posted on 104. It said day shift, but after joining, it turned out to be shift work. Quite deceptive.
