Pros
They don't take a cut of the money, so it's okay.
Cons
There are major problems with the internal structure. The person in charge's clients are schools, but they are extremely neglectful toward teachers. In addition, the person in charge does not come from an education-related background and has no understanding of the meaning of education; they only think of ways to make money from schools. It is very clear whether the content of their classes has any substance or not!
