Read the community guidelinesI applied to this company last year. When I came for the interview, the employees seemed very nice, and it felt like the coworkers would be easy to get along with.
There is an enormous amount of work to do, yet the starting salary is only 23,000. The workday is 10 hours, and you have to rotate between early and late shifts (but the job bank listing only said day shift—it's basically a scam). You only get six days off, and if a coworker takes leave, you also have to cover their shift, working 12 hours. As I recall, there probably isn't any overtime pay either, let alone an attendance bonus. I applied for a job related to graphic design, but besides creating graphics, managing the online store, and managing the social media page, you also have to handle warehouse management, shipping, customer service, and a whole bunch of other tasks. And it's just a shop that sells intercoms. It doesn't seem to offer much room for development or a future, and opportunities for raises also seem to be few and far between.
