台灣榮工國際實業股份有限公司
Pros
1. The pay is fairly generous, but they require people who can hit the ground running.
Cons
1. The office environment is very poor. The office is tiny, and the restroom is terrible.
2. The boss is very ambitious and often paints grand visions in meetings—going all the way to the moon.
3. You have to wear many hats at work. In practice, handling matters means making the boss the center of everything; the polite words are just empty talk.
If things don't go the boss's way, a bunch of inexplicable policies will appear before long.
