The boss does not manage time very well and is often at least an hour late. In addition, work assignments are extremely unstable: when things are not busy, there is nothing to do, but when things are busy, working overtime continuously for two weeks is considered normal. The boss also frequently waits until the last minute to assign tasks, leaving less time to complete them. If the work is not handled well, the boss will repeatedly use emotional pressure. The company’s work atmosphere is also not very good; the deputy manager often talks about people behind their backs. It is not a comfortable working environment.
