Pros

Punctual start and finish times, with flexible working hours

1.5-hour lunch break and 7.5-hour workday

Cons

Before the Lunar New Year, the company laid off the entire department, even though the plan had been in place for some time, without informing employees, leaving them shocked.

The boss applies old ways of thinking to a new industry, driving away many excellent managers and insisting on their own opinions.

The designers inside who claim to be at the SITDOWN PLEASE level have received no professional training at all (not even in color theory).

The boss pays no attention to professionalism yet claims to be a professional, shows very little respect for employees, and repeatedly launches into nonsensical scoldings.

Pros

The colleagues are very pleasant to work with. There is no overtime, working hours are flexible by half an hour, and the lunch break is an hour and a half.

Cons

The boss is out of their mind. The higher-ups either like to shift the blame onto employees who have resigned or push junior assistants in front of clients to be berated. They speak differently in public and in private, and pass everything on to their subordinates. No one they hire manages to stay. Senior employees throw their weight around, saying that microwaving lunch boxes requires heating the food according to “years of service.” Overall, the company does not respect professionalism, yet talks about it constantly.
