The senior woman was extremely unfriendly toward people, as if they owed her money. In fact, I had this impression from the interview itself. After waiting more than 40 minutes for the interviewer, I went to find the senior woman who had asked me to prepare my résumé, only for her to tell me that the supervisor was in a meeting. Making an interviewee wait that long without feeling embarrassed about it is quite something. That woman was also a department supervisor, but for some reason, the department originally had several women working there, and later none of them continued working there. Strange, isn't it?
Most people at the company take turns serving as the duty person, gathering the company's garbage and disposing of it that day. The problem is that the garbage truck does not arrive until around 7 p.m., and the duty person has to wait until the garbage truck arrives and takes away the garbage before the duty is considered complete, delaying the end of the workday. Is that appropriate? (The end of the workday is 5:30 p.m.)
