If you bring up the Labor Standards Act with the boss, they’ll get annoyed. In 2025, there are still people who intend to deceive workers.
None
Always hiring, with unclear work planning, colleagues scheming against one another, casual work assignments made without thinking, supervisors who do not answer the phone when asked questions, no overtime pay, and specifically deceiving middle-aged and elderly people who do not understand labor laws
None; it was the worst I've ever experienced.
The overall job responsibilities are unclear, and you have to ask about everything yourself. Apart from managers, everyone in the company is only half-trained. If you work overtime, there is no overtime pay; the company calls it a responsibility-based system. Working on Saturdays is mandatory (this may change at any time). If you work on Saturday, it is not counted as overtime and is treated as if you came to work voluntarily; you are paid a daily wage rather than overtime pay. If you mention the Labor Bureau, they get very angry.
