Read the community guidelinesThere are absolutely no advantages. The company’s shareholders all work at the company and each cultivate their own little circles. When customers have problems, they pretend not to notice when approached—even when customers contact them directly, it’s the same. The company has now changed its name to Quanfa Technology, but the culture of shirking responsibility remains the same.
It’s simple: any problems the supervisor can’t handle are pushed onto new employees. If the work isn’t done well, they then say that you actually don’t know how to do anything. I strongly do not recommend this company.
