Pros
The drivers are all very kind and friendly toward people.
Cons
A company with no structure.
The boss has a short temper and always addresses employees using terms of address that include the word “mother.”
The supervisors emotionally blackmail employees and use moral coercion in their interactions with people.
A company with no prospects or culture. After working there for a long time, you realize that the staff rely on seniority and take advantage of their tenure, becoming complacent.
When problems arise, employees shift the blame.
