Pros

The interview process was very quick: it ended in less than half an hour, and I received an offer that same evening. You can tell they were urgently looking for people. After joining, I found the company atmosphere pleasant and harmonious. If you want to get along with your colleagues like family, you would be a good fit here. However, if you are looking for a professional work environment, you should not join. If you want to learn about various aspects of the business, you will be given many things to do, but your learning progress will be very slow because no one will teach you.

The boss and the boss’s wife often have different ideas, but they never reach a consensus beforehand. They each tell you different things, which often leaves you caught in the middle, not knowing whom to listen to. You have to clean every day. Although the duties rotate, there are not many employees, so you often end up doing the same cleaning tasks. If it is your turn on Friday, you also have to use your own car to take out the garbage. For company trips and business travel, you also have to drive your own car. The fuel allowance is 1,000, and whoever drives is the unlucky one.

The bonus system and calculation method are not transparent. Based on my personal guess, the bonus percentage is very low. Even if the company makes a lot of money, they may not pay a bonus the following month, and they will not tell you why. If you want to criticize the company, do not do so at nearby shops, because if it gets back to the boss, you will be fired.

You can experience the rest for yourself after joining. There are good and bad aspects. The good thing is that they will not be too strict about your expenses. The bad thing is that you cannot be too strict with the company about your expenses either.

Pros

It is the same company as 壹蒔壹行銷公司.

The advantages are that the environment is very nice and cleaned every day. The colleagues like to joke around a lot. Although the office can sometimes be a bit noisy, it is quite cheerful.

Cons

(Graphic Designer)

The graphic design duties include a great many things. Besides graphic design and event images, they also include web design, packaging design, display design, and many other tasks. During the interview, they mentioned that having no experience was fine because they would train you. However, after starting work, you may find that the marketing team throws a lot of tasks at you. If you do not understand something, you are expected to Google it yourself, and the graphic design team leader is unable to help you.

When photographing products, new employees are also left to figure things out on their own, only to be criticized afterward with comments like, “How did you do such a bad job?” (By then, the photography cannot be salvaged.) Even if you ask, they may say they will explain it later, then give you another task first, and the matter is never mentioned again. The workload keeps piling up, and eventually they simply tell you that you are not a good fit.

Basically, you will see the marketing team having a great time, but according to what the shipping team says, the graphic designers are constantly being replaced and have never been stable. Therefore, unless you are truly confident in your design skills and can accept the low pay (I do not know how much it will increase over time; in the interview, they said it would not increase, but that there would be many bonuses), otherwise you will just be spending your time here learning a few lessons about how to deal with people.
