This company is basically ridiculous. When I first applied, they even smugly asked me a brainteaser that had absolutely nothing to do with the job?
The three sisters are all vegetarian, and they force employees to eat only vegetarian food for lunch as well. I also heard from former employees that even company outings involved going to temples……
The work is both plentiful and miscellaneous, and aside from the three sisters, the employees there are also difficult to get along with. The salary is only 22K, yet they have a ton of demands! What’s outrageous is that the employee training you may team up with the boss to print out your shortcomings (as they themselves see them) on an A4 sheet and put it on your desk (what kind of move is that?
So what if it’s the largest foreign-worker staffing company in central Taiwan! I advise everyone: do not apply to this company under any circumstances. There are all kinds of unreasonable, absurd incidents here.
Meals provided (vegetarian)
The manager who conducted the interview seemed very unprofessional and asked a bunch of questions about my private life. The job mainly involved serving as an agency for foreign workers, and the salary was very low—only 22K.
When I was about to leave, the manager asked for my birth date and time, saying that the boss cared a lot about this and that I absolutely had to provide it. I was so foolish that I actually gave it to them. Thinking about it now, I realize how stupid I was and really regret it.
How could any company need someone’s birth date and time? This is highly sensitive personal information. This company is really strange.
