A hypocritical and malicious company. The general manager is a superficially attractive but inwardly sinister woman. The company does not comply with the Labor Standards Act or operates on the edge of the law. All employees first sign three-month fixed-term contracts as temporary workers, which may be extended when necessary (temporary employees receive no benefits). No severance pay is provided; there is no overtime pay on weekdays or weekends. Employee rights are not valued, and duties may be reassigned arbitrarily at any time. Supervisors believe one-sided reports or rumors and can immediately dismiss employees without giving them an opportunity to appeal. The company has many affiliated businesses, kindergartens, and restaurants. Supervisors are two-faced. Anyone considering working there should think twice.
