During the interview, a receptionist will take you to a small meeting room to sit for a while and prepare tea and water for you, which is very considerate. Please note that before the interview, HR will ask you to take a one-hour test (the interview text message does not specifically mention this). After that, the manager and HR will conduct the interview together. The entire interview takes approximately two hours and covers your previous work experience, self-introduction, understanding of the company, and how well you understand the position, among other things. Overall, the process is quite good. At the end, HR will discuss the company’s benefits and career development with you, then escort you out of the company, press the elevator button for you, and see you off. Overall, the interview process shows a certain level of respect for applicants, which is very good.
