The manager lacks the ability to lead and does not know how to manage people. Their professional knowledge is insufficient, yet they love giving misguided instructions and act arrogantly as if they know everything. They also like to shirk responsibility by blaming their own mistakes on subordinates, and deliberately speak ill of people they dislike to the boss. I advise job seekers that if you have a better option, do not come here. Otherwise, you will learn nothing, waste your time, and have to endure unjustified anger.
