The HR lady at this company handled the interview very casually. She called me herself to invite me to an interview, but after they had already found someone, they closed the position without notifying those who had not yet interviewed. I only found out they had found someone after calling to ask.
Then she even said directly, “Since the company already has a candidate, just treat your visit as a chat.” ??
Is this how HR departments in Taiwan recruit people nowadays??
If I’m just going there to chat with you, will you reimburse my transportation costs??
This HR lady truly lacks basic professional courtesy.
