The boss is very stingy, so the company makes money.
Cons
1. No overtime pay; employees are responsible for completing their work regardless of hours worked.
2. Meetings are also held on holidays.
3. No lunch break, only 30 minutes to eat.
4. Meetings are still held after working hours...
5. Salaries are paid on the 10th; if it falls on a holiday, payment is postponed.
6. Extremely long working hours, at least 11 hours, with rotating day and night shifts.
