The interviewer had a very arrogant attitude and spent the entire one-hour interview questioning me—at one moment saying I wasn't suitable for the job, and the next saying I could handle it. Their statements were extremely contradictory.

The interviewer was extremely arrogant. During the one-hour interview, for the first 40-plus minutes, they kept criticizing me for not looking for a job related to my field of study.

After I explained, they gave me an expression that seemed to say it did not constitute a valid reason, and began saying:

Do you think the substitutability of the field you studied is high,

or is the substitutability of the position you are applying for high?

Everyone in our company can do (and has to learn) the work involved in this position.

Because in nature, if an organism only knows one skill,

then when the environment changes, it will be unable to survive, and so on....

By the time the interview had gone on for nearly 40 minutes,

all I could hear from beginning to end was the interviewer continuously lecturing me one-sidedly:

The position you are applying for has high substitutability; anyone can do it.

Everyone in our company can do this position, because this is my policy.

So not only are you not pursuing a path related to your field of study,

you have also come to apply for this disposable position of mine. That is really unacceptable.

By that point, my red-flag radar was constantly warning me:

This company and this person really are no good.

So when I left, I felt obliged to tell them: I am currently waiting to hear back from another company, so if I receive an offer first, I am afraid I will have to apologize.

Unexpectedly, the interviewer immediately said: It’s okay. This position has very high substitutability; we can find a replacement right away.

I really don’t understand. So you opened a position with very high substitutability,

and invited people to interview just to show off your arrogance,

and tell them that the position is disposable, and that it is wrong for them not to pursue a path related to their field of study—is it really appropriate to impose your own sense of correctness on someone else like this?

The year-end bonus is one month, but the amount is based on the statutory minimum monthly wage.

There are two performance-based quarterly bonuses (for the three major holidays). Last year, they were a little over 10,000 each time. However, the prerequisite for receiving the quarterly bonus is that you must be in a department under this extremely arrogant interviewer.
