This is probably the most ridiculous company I’ve ever worked for.
1. The company does not pay overtime—not a single penny. Yes, you read that right: even if you work until 2 a.m., you won’t get a single penny!!! During major shipping periods, regardless of your position, everyone has to come down and help. The boss’s wife even requires everyone to finish shipping all the orders before they can leave. She doesn’t care how late it gets—you’re expected to stay until the work is done.
2. Salaries are never paid on time. The most outrageous part is that payday is the 10th, but you will never actually receive your salary on the 10th. Sometimes, after waiting half a month, the boss will drag things out and pay only two-thirds of it. They won’t tell you when the remaining third will be transferred. Once they quietly transfer it later, they act as if the matter is settled. Unbelievable.
3. They don’t hire replacements for employees who have resigned. Instead, each remaining long-term employee is assigned part of the departed employee’s duties. Because the company is not doing well, everyone has to “get through these difficult times together,” apparently. Whether you work in purchasing, graphic design, platform operations, or livestreaming, when the accountant left, everyone had to learn and take on accounting tasks because the company couldn’t afford to pay another employee’s salary. Everyone is expected to be understanding and help the company out—but who is going to help the employees?

To sum it all up: your workload will increase, there is no overtime pay, you may not even receive your full salary, and you’ll also have to stay after work every Friday for a major cleanup. Only apply if you’re so broke that you’re ready to become homeless!
They decided to hire me during the interview and said they hoped I could start work the next day.
On the day I was supposed to report for work, I was stood up. The person in charge came out and told me they didn’t know I was coming in that day, which left everyone very surprised. They hoped I could go home for the day and said they would call me once they had clarified the situation themselves. It has now been three days since then, and I still haven’t received any news.
